A one of a kind 7.5" chef's knife with bucote wood handle.

Overall 12.5" long, 7.5" blade. Forged from 52100 high carbon steel, brass pins and bucote wood scales on the handle. This is a carbon steel blade and unlike stainless chef's knives, care must be given after every use. When customers ask, I always say "treat it like you would your grandmothers cast iron" - avoid detergent whenever possible, wipe with hot water to clean, dry and apply either a vegetable or mineral oil to the blade before storing.
